Richard Ryan was born in Sacramento California and grew up in El Dorado Hills. He moved to Los Angleles at 21 where he began his professional acting career and started his film company Ox Films. He has been working in the movie business for 5 years as an actor, movie producer, director and writer.

Kirsten Saetes as "Suzanne Cash"
Kirsten Saetes started acting locally last year, and has wowed audiences with her roles in "Piece Work" as Sandra, and "Stalag Sacrameto" as Monica. Kirsten began her dramatic journey with high school plays and from there appeared on various MTV episodes including "The Paulie Shore Show". Though theater has been a constant, Kirsten's focus now is on film only. She is an avid reader and loves to write, and has trained locally at Studio 24 and It Factor.

Bethany Harris as "Young Suzanne"
Bethany Harris is a Junior in High School and attends Marysville Charter Academy for the Arts, where she enjoys acting, tap dancing, and photography. Bethany has appeared in over two dozen musicals, plays, and dance recitals. Her favorite play to date is “The Alter Chronicles“ which was written by one of her classmates and performed at The Art Academy. She has been acting on stage for eight years, and dancing for four. She enjoys contributing to the arts and plans to continue after High School.

Mark Hoffman as "Dr. Paulsen"
Mark Hoffman (aka Marcas de Leon) began acting in 6th grade in the dual role of 2 giants in The Little Taylor. A versatile actor, he's played dramatic and comedic roles from Shakespear to Martin on stage and screen. Borrowed Time is the 6th PCS project Mark has been involved in, having written, produced and directed "Stardust on the Path to Music Circus", served as cinematographer for "Keeper of the Clay", appeared as a little thief in "Little Thieves" and as John Sutter in "The Golden Tree". This year he also served as cinematographer for "The Watering Hole". He can also be seen as the progenitor, William Ethos, in the soon-to-be-released feature film, "Bloodline" by Oasis Motion Pictures, and there a number of other projects in production or development.

Marc Gardner grew up in Sacramento, CA. From a young child he was involved in music, dance and drama; from elementary school plays through high school and college shows, singing telegrams, entertaining at kids parties, traveling all over (including over seas) to perform. He has been involved with many local short films, commercials, and TV spots. Conner Johnston as "Conner"
Conner Johnston is a multitalented and energetic actor. Conner first caught the acting bug when he was in his 1st grade play. Since then Conner has been in many plays, musicals and also did a Voice- over Commercial for the Sierra Adoption Center. His favorite performance to date was with CATS in the role of Hawkeye. He has taken many classes in Improve, Comedic Acting, Hip Hop, Jazz & Ballet. He plays the piano and is now looking at guitar. Conner's favorite subject in school is Science and he would like to be the next Bill Nye "the Science guy" with his own show on TV.

Meghan Bird as "Mom"
Meghan Bird began studying acting her freshman year in college where she was involved in theater. She was soon introduced to the world of film acting and has never looked back. Though she continued training, as well as appeared in a few small roles, she waited until she graduated with her business degree from CSUS until she fully committed herself to acting full-time. She is currently training with Ryan McKinney at ItFactor Studios in Rancho Cordova, as well as working on a few other local films.

ATom Hart,a Sacramento native has been in a number of film and television productions filmed in the Sacramento area. He got the acting bug when he was an extra in John Frankenheimer’s films shot in Sacramento, Wallace and A Path to War. Since then, his “film” career has evolved into principal, supporting, and feature roles primarily for local, independent filmmakers. Examples of some of the roles he has played include senators, judges, doctors, police officers, mob bosses, and husbands. In addition, he has a reoccurring role in the very successful webcast series, SMOSH.
You may have also seen Tom in several television commercials and print ads, including the Nike commercial filmed in Sacramento featuring Labron James. Other local television commercials include Denio’s Farmers Market and Cashe Creek and Red Hawk casinos. Tom has been in print ads for Mercy Hospital, the Peppermill Casino, and Harrah’s Tahoe.
Recent locally produced Feature films Tom has been in include Inner City Snow, Natural Demise, Behind the Door of a Secret Girl, and soon to be released Deer Season and Lunatic Messiah. Locally produced Shorts include YOU, Borrowed Time, Reception, Pull the Trigger, 11 Bravo Diaries, Kindred, Sac Effect, Benediction and Second Change.
